Island View Camp
Island View Camp is situated 7 miles from Grey Owl Headquarters and about half way to Moose Camp. It looks out over a channel dominated by islands and rock outcroppings. Once our oldest cabin, Island View is now our newest having been completely rebuilt in the Fall of 2001. The new cabin features three bedrooms, showers, composting toilets, and solar power. It has a propane stove and new refrigerator. Also located in the large kitchen - living room is a beautiful stone fireplace. A tile floored, roofed deck overlooks the lake. Both Island View and Moose Camp are surrounded by numerous secondary pike lakes which offer exceptional fishing. Catch & Release tactics are expected in order to preserve these small waterways.
