Moose Camp
Moose Camp is located roughly 16 miles from Grey Owl Headquarters by water. The trip there is marked by a narrow channel flanked by tall, granite cliffs. Moose often visit the shoreline here - hence the name - while osprey and the occasional Bald Eagle patrol the skies. Golden-eye ducks, some Blacks and Mallards nest along the shore. Loons are everywhere. Moose Camp is a two bedroom cabin that can accommodate 2 - 5 people. It has propane appliances and lights, a hand pump in the kitchen and an out door sauna for bathing.
